Cháo thịt bằm hột vịt bắc thảo

Trời lành lạnh trong nhửng ngày mùa đông như thế này , ăn cháo thật là tuyệt ...Xin mời ăn chén cháo thịt bằm & hột vịt bắc thảo do uglymom nấu



INGREDIENTS:
2 cans of chicken broth
2 cups of water
1 lb of ground pork/ground beef
1 bunch of green onions (chop the white tips 1st, save the green part to serve later)
4 preservative eggs (hột vịt bắc thảo)
2 tablespoons of fish sauce (nước mắm)
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of chicken flavor powder (bột nêm gà)
1/2 of ginger (need to be chop into little pieces)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 rice cup (need to be washed throughly & drained)

Directions:

1. Mix ground pork/beef together with fish sauce, chicken flavor powder, black pepper , ginger & white tip of green onions . Marinated it for 10-15 mins .

2. Pour chicken broth & water into a pot . After that put 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce and 1 teaspoon of chicken powder . Wait until the soup is boiling, then pour the marinated ground meat in . After that, just turn your stove a little bit lower , and then take out all the tiny brown bubbles .

3. Last thing, pour 1 rice cup in . Stir every 5 mins until it cook throughly (cháo nở ra & nhừ)

Serve: Cut preservative egg into 2-4 pieces & green onions put into a bowl . Then you can pour the hot porridge over the egg .
